Ramsey Roundwood Kiwi Lumberjack Show in association with Carters bringing you family entertainment for everyone. Due to popular demand, they are back again this year at Site No 57 with 3 shows daily at 11 am, 1 pm and 3 pm.

Clydesdale Draughting Horses

Alongside Kaipara Vintage Machinery on Fieldpower Place.  Visitors will have the opportunity to see these beautiful gentle horses as they parade around the arena. It’s a great opportunity to see these horses ‘up close’.

Northland Logger Sports

In recognition of the growth of forestry related activity in Northland, the ‘Northland Logger Sports’ is an opportunity for Foresters to demonstrate their acquired skills, while providing an opportunity for the public to see what actually happens in the bush.

Saturday will have the chainsaw events – for standard saws, over class saws and modified saws.  Lastly is the six-men team competition – this involves a relay of a bar fit, a speed cut, then a de-limb, and wood split with an axe, followed by stropping a log which must be pulled over the finish line. Great spectator value!

Classic Hits Clydesdale Rides

The Classic Hits Clydesdales will be offering free rides around the Field Days site in their wagon.  What a great way to see everything on display. Watch out for the Classic Hits inflatable Archway, located at the entrance to the Market Area.

Junior Tractor Races Competition

Four kid’s size tractors have kindly been provided by Fieldpower for children to race and clock the fastest time.
